Accessing AT&T Special Project Information
Access to AT&T Special Project information is available by request and is typically provisioned shortly after submission.
To obtain access, complete the AT&T Special Project / Knowledge Base Access Request Form using the link below. Requests are reviewed and approved promptly upon submission.

Access is role-based, project-specific, and subject to approval.
After Access Is Granted
Approved users will receive an automated email granting access to the Pathwave Knowledge Base.
The email will prompt the user to set up a password to activate their account and complete access.
Once activated, users will have access to a dedicated Pathwave Knowledge Base landing page containing:

Workflow documentation

Product updates and release content
Important:
Knowledge Base access is separate from Pathwave platform access.
Access to the Knowledge Base does not provide access to the Pathwave application or mobile apps. Platform access is provisioned separately for users who require system access.
