2.1 Accessing Quality Review in the Pathwave Portal
Where reviewers initiate, monitor, and manage photo validation activity for any job.
Overview
Quality Review can be accessed from two areas within the Pathwave portal:
- The Job Overview tab for job-specific reviews
- The Quality Review tab in the left-hand navigation for global, portfolio-level visibility
Both entry points provide reviewers with quick access to create new reviews, track progress, and manage corrective actions.
Accessing Quality Review From a Job
For job-specific quality checks:
- Open the job in the Pathwave portal.
- Navigate to the Overview tab.
- Locate the Quality Review module.
- Select + Review to create a new review for that job.
- This method is used when the reviewer already knows which job requires validation.

What You’ll See on the Job Overview Page
The Quality Review module displays:
- Existing reviews (if any)
- Type of Review (Targeted, All Primary Photos, All Site Owner Photos)
- Review status (e.g., In Progress, Completed)
- Scheduled and actual review dates
This provides a quick, job-level snapshot of all review activity, allowing reviewers and project teams to understand what has been completed, what is in progress, and whether any upcoming reviews are scheduled.
Accessing Quality Review From the Left-Hand Navigation
For reviewers managing larger portfolios, vendor oversight, or multi-job audits:
-
Select Quality Review from the left-hand sidebar of the Pathwave portal.
This opens the Quality Review Dashboard, which provides:
- All reviews you have access to
- Filtering by region, subcontractor, reviewer, or activity date
- Portfolio-wide visibility into review status and progress
- Export options for summary reports and detailed review documentation
- This is the ideal entry point when performing oversight across multiple jobs, crews, or programs.

When to Use Each Access Point
Use the Job Overview module when you need to:
- Create a new review for a specific job
- Complete a targeted or job-level audit
- Monitor progress for a single job’s deliverables
- View job-specific review history
- Track review activity across your entire region or portfolio
- Filter reviews by subcontractor or reviewer
- Identify stalled or overdue reviews
- Export a comprehensive set of review data
- Manage large-scale review operations
Both access methods provide full functionality, but choosing the correct one helps streamline your workflow.
