Amentum - How to Complete a Daily Driving SPA in Pathwave

This article provides step-by-step instructions for completing a Daily Driving SPA using the Pathwave mobile application.

Daily Driving SPAs are required to document safe driving compliance and must be completed by each user as applicable.

Accessing the Daily Driving SPA

  1. Open the Pathwave mobile app.
  2. From the main navigation, select the Inspections icon.
  3. Select Daily Driving SPA.
You will be taken to a screen that displays all previously completed Daily Driving SPAs for your user account.

Creating a New Daily Driving SPA

  1. From the Daily Driving SPA screen, select the white plus (+) icon located in the top-right corner.
  2. Complete all required questions in the form.
  3. Review your responses for accuracy.
  4. Initial the form at the bottom as indicated.
  5. Select Complete to submit the inspection.
Once submitted, the Daily Driving SPA is officially recorded in the system.

Viewing Submitted Daily Driving SPAs

After submission, completed Daily Driving SPAs can be accessed in the Pathwave portal:

  1. Navigate to Reports.
  2. Select Inspections.
  3. Locate the appropriate Daily Driving SPA record.
To review the full document, select the document name. This will open a copy of the submitted inspection for viewing and record-keeping.

  • Each Daily Driving SPA is user-specific and tied to the individual who completed the form.

  • Ensure all questions are fully completed and the form is properly initialed prior to submission.
