      Assign Multiple Subcontractors to a Job

      Managing complex projects just got easier. You can now assign and track multiple subcontractors working on the same job. This makes it easier to coordinate teams, manage progress, and keep visibility across all crews involved. Whether you’re the job owner or a subcontractor, you’ll see the right information in one place, reducing back-and-forth and helping everyone stay aligned.

      • Job owners see all subcontractor activity in one place.

      • Subcontractors view their own JHAs and work items while maintaining access to critical project details.

      • Shared visibility helps reduce miscommunication and keeps projects moving forward.

      This makes it simpler than ever to manage large-scale jobs with multiple subcontractors.

      Job Collaboration without Limits

      Contractors and Construction Managers can now jump into subcontractor-assigned jobs directly in the mobile app to capture photos, complete forms, perform safety observations, and keeping work moving without barriers.

      On shared jobs with subcontractors, job details are now only editable by the company that created the job—ensuring critical project details stay consistent and accurate for documentation automation.
