Creating Folder Structure Templates in Primary COP or Site Owner COP

Most projects require the same deliverables from the end user. Creating a folder structure template eliminates the need to recreate the folder structure for every job. This guide will walk you through the process.


Steps to Create Folder Structure Templates

  1. Access the COP Tab

    • Log in to Pathwave and navigate to the job where you want to create the folder structure.
    • Go to the Primary COP or Site Owner COP tab.
  2. Build the Folder Structure

    • Add Folders:
      • Click on Add folder.
      • Label each folder according to customer requirements.
    • Continue adding and labeling folders until your required structure is complete.
  3. Save as a Template

    • Once the folder structure is built, click on Folder Templates.
    • Select Create New.
    • Name your template and save it. This template can now be reused for future jobs.
  4. Apply the Template to New Jobs

    • For any new job requiring the same deliverables, go to the Primary COP or Site Owner COP tab.
    • Click on Folder Templates.
    • Select the template you created and apply it to the job. This will automatically create the folder structure based on the saved template.
