In this release, you can now:

Track Requirements & Documents for a Job

Define requirements for a job directly in Pathwave. Requirements set the foundation for what needs to be collected, reviewed, and submitted before a job is complete. A Requirement Library is available to select shared requirements from carriers, site owners, or Suppliers. Subcontractors assigned to jobs can upload or complete forms directly associated to a Requirement - enabling the job owner to track Subcontractor deliverables across jobs.

Document Review: Accept and Reject Documents

Approve or reject submitted documents from the Pathwave Portal. Reviewers get clear status visibility across every requirement on a job, keeping documentation on track without back-and-forth outside the platform.

User Access: Utilizing Custom Permissions, users can be granted permission to Accept/Reject Documents. By default, Partner Managers and above can Accept/Reject Documents.

Send Documents to FileTrac (AT&T)

Submit approved documents to AT&T's FileTrac system directly from Pathwave. Designated users can send completed job documentation without leaving the platform.

User Access: Utilizing Custom Permissions, users can be granted permission to Send Documents to FileTrac (AT&T). By default, Partner Managers and above can Send Documents to FileTrac.

Custom Permissions and Roles

Assign access to key Pathwave Portal functions at the user level. Permissions are available for document review actions, ESDT submissions, FileTrac sends, Quality Reviews, and more, giving admins precise control over who can take action at each step.
