# Feature Focus: Light Mode & Dark Mode in the Pathwave Mobile App

### **Overview**

The Pathwave mobile app allows users to customize their viewing experience by switching between **Light Mode** and **Dark Mode**. This setting can be adjusted at any time directly within the app and applies immediately.

Adjusting the app theme can improve visibility in different lighting conditions and help reduce eye strain during extended field use.

### **How to Change the App Theme**

1. Open the **Pathwave mobile app**
2. Select **Settings**
3. Navigate to **Theme**
4. Choose **Light Mode** or **Dark Mode**

Your selection is saved automatically and will update the app interface immediately.

### **When to Use Each Mode**

- **Light Mode**  
  Recommended for bright environments or daytime use.
- **Dark Mode**  
  Recommended for low-light conditions or extended use to reduce eye strain and glare.
