Add and track customers and customer contacts in Pathwave. When adding jobs, identify the customer for the job.
This article contains the following sections:
Add Customers
- Select Configuration > "Customers" from the left navigation.
- Select "+ Add".
- Enter your customer's information. Only Customer Name is required.
- Save your customer's information.
What can my customers see in Pathwave?
Currently, customers entered in the "Customers" section of Pathwave do not receive a log in or automated information from Pathwave. You control the communication with your customers. If you do wish to automate information to your customers, let us know your feedback.
