Add and Manage Customers

Add and track customers and customer contacts in Pathwave. When adding jobs, identify the customer for the job. 

This article contains the following sections: 

Add Customers

  1. Select Configuration > "Customers" from the left navigation.
  2. Select "+ Add".
  3. Enter your customer's information. Only Customer Name is required.
  4. Save your customer's information.

What can my customers see in Pathwave?

Currently, customers entered in the "Customers" section of Pathwave do not receive a log in or automated information from Pathwave. You control the communication with your customers. If you do wish to automate information to your customers, let us know your feedback.
