Why can't I find my job?

Can't find a job listed in the Pathwave iPad app or in the Phone apps? Follow these steps or reach out to us and get support.

Find a job in the iPad app

A job is listed in the iPad app when the job status is in "Ready". Ask your project manager or construction manager to ensure the job is in the "Ready" status. Additionally, ask your project manager or construction manager to ensure the Region and Office specified for the job matches the Region and Office specified for your user in the Pathwave Portal.

Find a job in the Phone apps

A job is listed in the Phone apps in "Job Photos" when you are on site or near a job site. If the job still isn't listed, ask your project manager or construction manager to ensure the job is in the "Ready" status and that the address or coordinates of the job is correct.

Download the Pathwave app to your phone to start taking pictures on site and complete PPE inspections.
