Managing Crews in Pathwave

Easily configure and manage crews through the Personnel>Manage Crews section of Pathwave. Once crews have been configured, you can assign jobs to crews on the job detail page, while viewing overall job activity on the job planning board.

How to Configure and Manage Crews

1.     Select Personnel from the Navigation Bar

2.     Select Manage Crews icon

3. Select +Add Crew

4. Add Crew Information (Crew Name, Description, Region & Office Assignment)

5. Select Save

6. Select Crew under Crew List

7. Add crew members to crew by selecting the "+" next to each crew member

8. Add additional office(s) that crew is authorized to work for

9. Select additional office

10. Select "Save"

Once a crew has been configured, you can view the Crew Lead, Crew Members assigned to the crew and the office assignments from the dashboard view.

Assign Crews to Jobs

You can assign crews to jobs from the job details page of Pathwave. 

1. Select +Assign Crew

2. Select the name of the crew that you want to assigned to the job.
