Complete Weekly Safety Topic

Stay proactive with field safety and facilitate Toolbox meetings with Weekly Safety Topics.

Access the Weekly Safety Topic by selecting the Safety icon on the home screen of the Pathwave iPad application.

Please Note: This icon will be flashing if a mandatory weekly safety training topic is available for a crew.

Follow the Pathwave team through step by step instructions on how to complete the Weekly Safety Topic:

The Current Topic and Safety Topic Library can be accessed from the Safety Center Home Screen.

Weekly Safety Topics are automatically generated for each crew under the Current Topic section of the Safety Center.

Select the blue & white icon under the Current Topic to access the weekly safety topic assigned to your crew.
The next screen will be the signature page which allows you to document the safety training for all participants.
Verify that all crew members participating in the training are listed. If a crew member is not listed, add them to the training session.
Each participant can sign his/her name electronically by selecting the orange signature button.
Confirm that all personnel are present by selecting the Yes button and complete the electronic signature as the Meeting Organizer.
Select continue at the bottom of the screen, which will pull up a copy of the safety training pre-loaded by your organization.

From the signature page, select the orange plus button on the top righthand corner of the screen
Select the crew member name from the dropdown list
If a crew member isn't listed, contact your back office support to have them added as personnel in Pathwave.
