Understanding Pathwave Job Statuses

In Pathwave, the statuses that are available for a job are detailed below.

Status	Can be moved to	Status Notes
New	Planning Ready On Hold Cancelled	New Jobs are not visible in the field. Jobs created in the portal enter this state.
Planning	New Ready On Hold Cancelled	Planning Jobs are not visible in the field.
Ready	New Planning In-Progress On Hold Cancelled	Job moves to In Progress when a JHA is created.
In Progress	Complete On Hold	In Progress jobs cannot be moved back to New, Planning or Ready. Automated: Job moves to In Progress when a JHA is created for the first time.
Complete	In Progress Punchlist	Automated: Job moves to Complete when the progress bar is moved to 100% in the field.
On Hold	New Planning Ready In Progress Cancelled	On Hold Jobs are not visible in the field. On Hold Jobs can only be moved to New, Planning or Ready if the job hasn’t been In Progress before. On Holds Jobs can only be moved to Cancelled if the job hasn’t been In Progress before.
Punchlist	Complete
Cancelled	New Planning Ready	Cancelled Jobs are not visible in the field. Jobs cannot be Cancelled once they are In Progress.
