Assigned users receive instant notifications and can filter their job board to see only their assigned work. ### **Overview** The **Job Assignments** feature helps partners organize and manage responsibilities across projects. Partners can now assign key personnel directly to a job in Pathwave — ensuring each role receives notifications and can easily locate assigned jobs from their personalized job board view. > **Job Assignments Supported:** > > - Quality Manager > - Safety Manager > - Construction Manager > - Project Manager --- ### **Why It Matters** Assigning managers directly to jobs promotes clear accountability, reduces miscommunication, and simplifies job tracking. Each assigned user gains: - Immediate visibility of their responsibilities - Job-specific notifications - Personalized filtering and saved job views --- ### **How to Assign a Manager** Step-by-Step Instructions 1. Navigate to the **Job Details** page within Pathwave. 2. Locate the **Job Assignments** section. 3. Select the role you wish to assign (e.g., Quality Manager, Safety Manager). 4. Choose the appropriate user from the dropdown list. 5. Click **Assign**. 🟢 **Result:** The selected individual is now assigned to the job and will receive a notification. By default, a system role of Partner Manager and above is required to appear in the job assignment drop down. To do this: 1. Select your profile icon in the top-right corner of Pathwave. 2. Click **My Profile \> Settings**. 3. Open the **Notifications** tab and enable or disable the options that best fit your workflow. How to Filter and Save Your Job Board View 2. Go to the **Jobs** page in Pathwave. 3. Select the **Filter** icon. 4. Choose one or more filters such as: - Job Assignment - Region / Office Assignment - Customer - Contractor 5.
