Welcome to the Pathwave Mobile Application Training for the MasTec Site Digitization Program.

This self-paced training is designed for field personnel, foremen, crew leads, and technicians who will be using the Pathwave mobile app to complete work in the field.

The Pathwave mobile app serves as the primary tool for documenting work performed on MasTec projects. From safety documentation and JHAs to photo capture and closeout deliverables, Pathwave helps ensure work is completed correctly, documented completely, and delivered in real time.

During this training, you'll learn how to:

• Access and navigate the Pathwave mobile app
• Locate and open assigned jobs
• Complete JHAs and safety documentation
• Capture and organize required project photos
• Complete AT&T forms 
• Access job documents and reference materials
• Work effectively in areas with limited connectivity
• Submit complete project documentation for closeout

Pathwave plays a critical role in the MasTec Site Digitization Program by creating a standardized process for capturing field activity, safety compliance, and project documentation.

Using the platform correctly helps:

• Improve safety compliance
• Reduce rework and missing documentation
• Increase first-pass quality acceptance
• Streamline closeout package generation
• Provide real-time visibility to MasTec and AT&T

Every photo captured, form completed, and safety document submitted contributes directly to project success.
