Welcome to the Pathwave Portal Training for the MasTec Site Digitization Program. This self-paced training is designed specifically for General Contractors and back-office team members responsible for managing personnel, certifications, jobs, documentation, and closeout workflows within the Pathwave platform.
In this training video, you’ll get a high-level walkthrough of the tools your team will use every day to support field operations and maintain compliance across AT&T projects.
What You’ll Learn
During this session, you’ll learn how to:
- Navigate the Pathwave Portal
- Register users and manage account access
- Assign system roles and permissions
- Upload and manage certifications
- Review jobs assigned by MasTec
- Set jobs to Ready status for field deployment
- Manage project photos and documentation
- Generate closeout packages and RG123 reports
- Access operational and compliance reporting tools
- Get support when needed

One of the most important responsibilities covered in this training is understanding how and when to move jobs to Ready status so your field crews can begin work in the mobile app.

- Revisit sections for onboarding new employees
- Reference workflows during live project execution
