Master Photo List Filters
One List. Infinite Flexibility.
Every project has a different Scope of Work (SOW) — but that doesn’t mean you need a new photo list every time. With Pathwave’s Master Photo List Filters, you can manage a single master list and easily tailor it to each project’s unique requirements.
How it Works
Use Primary and Secondary Filters to narrow your master list by project type, carrier, or job category. Each filter dynamically adjusts the visible photo requirements, ensuring your team captures only what’s needed for that specific project — no clutter, no confusion.
- Maintain one standardized photo list
- Keep your data consistent and clean
- Align each project perfectly with its SOW
Web or App — You Choose
Photo list filters can be managed through both the web-based portal and the Pathwave Field App, giving flexibility to every role.
-
Back Office Personnel can apply filters at the project level to align with the SOW.
-
Field Personnel can apply their own filters based on what they’re focused on, without changing settings for the entire project.
This keeps the master configuration intact while allowing each user a customized, streamlined experience in the field.
Real-World Example
Let’s say you’re managing tower work.
-
Set your Primary Filter for Tower Work to define the overall photo requirements.
-
Then apply a Secondary Filter for the specific Sector or Antenna Position to drill down to only the photos needed for that portion of the job.

With this setup, your teams capture precisely what’s required — nothing more, nothing less.
