Generate Multiple COPs from a Single Photo List

One Set of Photos. Endless Possibilities.

Different customers — and even different departments — often require their own versions of a Closeout Package (COP). With Pathwave, partners don’t need to recreate or re-upload photos each time. Instead, Pathwave allows you to produce multiple COPs from the same master photo list, with each version tailored to meet your customer’s exact requirements.

How It Works

Some customers require certain portions of a photo list to be sent to different departments to meet regulatory or internal documentation requirements. Pathwave simplifies that process by letting partners:

  • Produce as many COPs as needed using the same set of photos

  • Label and organize each COP uniquely to match customer naming conventions

  • Output COPs in a custom file structure that aligns with each customer’s submission standards

Whether it’s a single market team, an engineering department, or a compliance group, each can receive their own version of the COP — automatically generated from one central photo library.

Simple COP Generation

When it’s time to produce your COPs:

  1. Generate a COP from your Primary COP folder in Pathwave.

  2. A popup window will appear, prompting you to select which pre-formatted COP options you’d like to generate.

  3. Choose one, multiple, or none of the available options — Pathwave will handle the rest.

Each selected COP will be automatically created, formatted, and labeled according to your predefined templates, ensuring consistent structure and compliance across all submissions.

Why It Matters

  • Eliminate redundant work — one photo set powers multiple deliverables
  • Ensure every department receives the correct documentation format
  • Maintain data integrity while meeting unique regulatory and customer requirements
  • Save valuable time and standardize your closeout process

Pro Tip

Pair this feature with Master Photo List Filters to further streamline your workflow. Filters allow you to define exactly which photos are included in each COP version while maintaining one centralized master list.
