Partner Connections: Assigning Jobs Across Subcontractors and Partner Organizations

Partner Connections Overview

Partner Connections allow Pathwave partners to assign jobs to external subcontractors while maintaining full oversight of job progress, photos, and deliverables. Subcontractors complete the work in their own Pathwave portal, but the assigning partner retains visibility exactly as if the job were worked internally.

Subcontractors can work for multiple general contractors at the same time, and will only see the jobs assigned to them within each relationship.

This structure keeps permissions secure, ensures clean separation of data, and provides operational clarity across all organizations involved.

Requesting a New Partner Connection

To add or connect a subcontractor:

• Submit a Subcontractor Setup Request Form

OR

• Contact support@pathwave.com with:
  • Company name
  • Primary point of contact
  • Email
  • Mobile number
• Pathwave Support will determine:
  • Whether the subcontractor already has an existing Pathwave account
  • Whether they are already connected to other partners
• If the company exists:

• • We establish a Partner Connection between both organizations
  • The subcontractor can immediately receive job assignments
• If the company is new:
  • Pathwave creates an account
  • We notify the new partner
  • We provide instructions for registration, login, and accepting jobs
