Reviewing Forms in Pathwave

Pathwave offers a robust library of ready-to-use forms and custom development services to digitize your internal forms. This guide will help you access and review these forms in the Pathwave portal.

Accessing the Forms Library

  1. Log in to Pathwave Portal

    • Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access the Configuration section.
  2. Navigate to Configuration

    • Go to Configuration on the left-hand menu.
    • Select Job & Safety Documents to view the forms library.

Reviewing Forms

  1. Viewing and Identifying Forms

    • The list includes both Safety Documents and Job Documents, labeled under the Type column.
  2. Previewing Forms

    • Click the magnifying glass icon next to a form name to see a preview of its questions and fields.
  3. Assessing Suitability

    • Review the preview to determine if the form meets your needs. If not, proceed to custom form development.

Custom Form Development

Digitize your internal forms and make them available for field personnel.

  1. Submit a Request

    • Email support@pathwave.com with Custom Form Development Request in the subject line. Submit one form per request.
  2. Provide Details

    • Include the form and any specific instructions or customizations needed.
  3. Integration and Testing

    • The digitized form will be integrated into your Pathwave portal for testing and review.
  4. Go Live

    • After testing, the custom form will be available for field use.
