3.1 Using the Quality Review Dashboard

How to access, filter, and analyze Quality Review activity across your entire organization.

Overview

The Quality Review Dashboard provides a centralized, portfolio-wide view of all review activity across suppliers, regions, subcontractors, and open projects. This dashboard is designed for reviewers, supervisors, and project managers who need visibility beyond a single job.

From this dashboard, users can view all reviews, monitor progress, identify items requiring follow-up, and generate exports for internal or external reporting.

Accessing the Dashboard

To open the Quality Review Dashboard:

  1. Log into the Pathwave portal.

  2. Select Quality Review from the left-hand navigation panel.

This opens the global dashboard where all reviews you have access to are displayed.

Dashboard Structure: All Reviews vs. My Reviews

All Reviews

Displays every review within your permission scope across all projects, subcontractors, and regions.

Best for:

  • Portfolio-level oversight
  • Vendor management
  • Picture Quality Audit (PQA) tracking
  • High-volume review programs
  • Regional or organizational reporting

My Reviews

Shows only the reviews that you created or are actively participating in.

Best for:

  • Individual workload management
  • Tracking personal review activity
  • Quickly identifying what requires your attention

Filters for Targeted Visibility

The dashboard includes multiple filters to help narrow results and identify exactly what matters most.

Available Filters:

  • Region / Office
  • Reviewer
  • Subcontractor
  • Last Activity Date

These allow you to quickly locate reviews by geography, reviewer workload, vendor responsibility, or recency of action.

Column-Level Filters

Each column in the dashboard includes additional filtering options, enabling deeper analysis and reporting.

Common column filters include:

  • Review Status (New, In Progress, Completed, Canceled)
  • Review Type (Targeted, All Primary Photos, All Site Owner Photos)
  • Captured vs. Reviewed Counts
  • Scheduled Start / Actual Start
  • Scheduled End / Actual End
  • Last Review Activity

These filters enable supervisors and project managers to easily identify stalled reviews, overdue activity, or items requiring escalation.

Portfolio-Level Metrics

The dashboard helps teams quickly understand:

  • How many reviews are currently in progress
  • Which subcontractors have the highest volume of corrective actions
  • Whether reviews are being completed within expected timelines
  • Where additional reviewer support may be needed
  • Activity patterns across vendors or programs

This is especially important in structured workflows like PQAs, large-scale integrations, and multi-region rollouts.

Exporting Review Data

1. Export All Reviews (Dashboard Export)

Exports a summary of all reviews visible on the dashboard, respecting any filters applied.
Useful for:

  • Weekly or monthly reporting
  • Vendor performance analysis
  • SLA audits
  • Internal leadership reporting

2. Export an Individual Review

From within a specific review, users can export:

  • Full review details
  • Accepted, rejected, and resubmitted photos
  • Reviewer comments and markups
  • Photo metadata
  • Review activity history

3. Rejected Photo Package

The individual review export includes the ability to extract all rejected photos, clearly labeled, for sharing with:

  • Subcontractors
  • General contractors
  • Site owners
  • Internal QA teams

This makes corrective action communication clear, visual, and efficient.

Why the Dashboard Matters

The Quality Review Dashboard provides:

  • A single source of truth for all review activity
  • Better visibility into partner performance
  • Faster identification of stalled or overdue reviews
  • Improved resource planning for reviewer workload
  • Transparent documentation for internal or external audits

It transforms review oversight from a job-by-job exercise into a scalable, program-wide management tool.

Note: Only reviews involving Primary and Site Owner photo lists appear on the dashboard.
Reviews related to Internal photo lists are not displayed because internal lists do not participate in the Quality Review workflow.
