How to apply a primary photo list (with filters) to a job
- To select the appropriate primary photo list for your job, go to the job details page.
- From there, choose a template that aligns with the specific scope of work (SOW) for your project. You have four options to choose from: Civil, Ground, Electrical, and Tower. By selecting the right template, you can narrow down the photo requirements to meet the unique needs of your project.
- To further customize the photo requirements, you can adjust the filters. Simply click on the filter icon and use the inclusive and exclusive filters to modify the template. This way, you can ensure that the photos you capture are precisely tailored to your project needs.
How to apply fillable forms to a job
To effortlessly gather essential field data and complete Verizon Wireless (VzW) form deliverables, Pathwave offers a seamless way to capture information
- To access fillable forms in Pathwave, navigate to the Job Documents section. Look for the +Fillable Form icon and apply filters to display the forms shared by Verizon.
- Once you find the desired form, simply click the + button to add it to the job. These forms can be completed either through the portal or on the Pathwave application on an iPad.
- If you choose to complete a form in the portal, click the three dots next to the form name and select "Edit Document." Enter the necessary information and click "complete" to generate the final document.
