Capture Photo Project Requirements using Precision Photo Selection
Adjust the photo list to exactly capture the project requirements or scope of work using precision photo selection. For example, easily answer questions or make quick selections on the photo list to narrow down the photos needed to be taken for that job. Collaborate with the Pathwave team for initial set up.
Automatically Track Project Details with Enhanced Job Fields
Enter specific project details once for a job. Propagate important project details to project documents and the Closeout Package cover page. Track project details such as AT&T’s PACE ID, USID, Verizon’s FUZE ID, or your own personalized requirements. Collaborate with the Pathwave team for initial set up.
New Location for COP Automatically Generated Spreadsheets
Automatically generated spreadsheet outputs for Closeout Packages can now be found in Job Documents. Simply capture field data on a form, automatically generate a spreadsheet output, and mark the file to be included in the Closeout Package.
To note:
- Spreadsheets automatically generated from a photo list and form can still be found in Closeout Packages > Special Docs.
- In the field, the automatically generated spreadsheet is also available to view in the mobile app.
New Form Capabilities
Efficiently capture field data with new form improvements. Conduct audits or inspections with “Pass”, “Fail”, or “N/A” options are now efficiently captured in one click. Default questions to an answer that only requires acknowledgment, not selection. Reach out to us if you’d like to find efficiencies for existing forms.
Troubleshooting App Updates
An upcoming release for Pathwave iOS and Android Apps is scheduled on Saturday, November 4, 2023 starting at 10:00 pm CT. For Pathwave-supplied devices, the Pathwave app is automatically updated when an update is released when:
- iPad is turned on
- Battery is 20% or higher (higher the better)
- Online with reliable connection
- Pathwave app is closed on the iPad
- Offline data - JSAs and photos - are synced
