In this release, you can now:
- Assign Personnel to Multiple Regions/Offices
- Access Certifications Outside of a Job
Assign Personnel and Crews to Multiple Regions/Offices
Assign Personnel to a Region/Office to allow users to access Jobs in that Region/Office. Personnel can be assigned to multiple Regions/Offices if they have a primary office and need to access jobs in other offices.
To further manage access to jobs and make it easy for crews to start a JHA on site, create Crew configurations to group crew members together with whom they typically work.
Assigning Crews to multiple Regions/Offices allows the crew to be assigned to jobs in those Regions/Offices from the back office. Once a crew is assigned to a job, the crews can then access that job from the Pathwave app on the iPad and phones. Additionally, the crew members assigned to a job are automatically added to the JHA started for that job and can be easily changed if needed. Learn more about Managing Crews.
Access Certifications Outside of a Job
Access a list of personnel Certifications directly from the home screen of the iPad, outside of a job. Select Certifications* from the home screen to check if personnel have the correct certifications.
