Job Specific Photos

Pathwave guides crews through the photos you need and eliminates return site visits. Enable your team to never miss a photo on site by creating a photo list to specify the job photos crew members need to take while on site.

In Pathwave, photo requirements and closeout package requirements can be captured through reusable Photo Lists and Job-Specific photos for one-off requirements. Both types of photo lists are automatically labeled, organized, date/time stamped, and tailored to your jobs.

Add Job-Specific photos in addition to using a photo list template. Learn more about creating Photo List templates for reusable / repeated photo and closeout package requirements.

Add Job Specific Photos

  1. Navigate to a Job using the Jobs page or the Jobs Planning board.
  2. View All Details for the Job.
  3. Select the "Photos" tab.
  4. Navigate to the bottom of the photo list for that job until reaching the "Job Specific Photos" section.
    1. Alternatively, find and select Job Specific Photos at the bottom of the Table of Contents to the right.
  5. Select "Edit".
  6. Select "Add Job Specific Photo"
    1. Optionally add instructional text for the crew
    2. Specify if the photo is required for the End User/Customer or Site Owner Closeout Packages
  7. Select "Save"

Note: Adding Job Specific Photos does not impact the Photo List template in use. 

Exclude Photos for a Job

For photos that are part of the template and not needed for a job, the photos can be hidden for a job. Select the three dots on a photo or folder and select "Exclude from Job". The photos excluded from a job do not display in the photo list for the crew on the iPad or phone apps.

Note: Excluding photos from a job does not impact the Photo List template in use.
