# Set up Fillable Job Documents

Empower your teams in the field to complete high quality forms efficiently and consistently, every time. Never miss a form on site. Pathwave is built from the ground up, meaning - Fillable Job Documents are tailored to telecom and built for your teams.

In Pathwave's Fillable Job Documents, you can identify which forms need to be completed in the field. Field data on Fillable Job Documents is available real-time from the Pathwave Portal.

#### **Set up Fillable Documents for a Job**

1. Navigate to the [Pathwave Portal](https://portal.pathwave.com/)
2. Select a Job
3. Select Documents \> Job Documents
4. Scroll down to the Fillable Job Documents section
5. Select "+ Add Fillable Document"
6. Select a fillable document to add to the job by selecting "+"  
     1. *Note: Daily Field Report forms are automatically added to a job when a JSA is created in the field.*
