Set up Fillable Documents for a Job

  1. Navigate to the Pathwave Portal
  2. Select a Job
  3. Select Documents > Job Documents
  4. Scroll down to the Fillable Job Documents section
  5. Select "+ Add Fillable Document"
  6. Select a fillable document to add to the job by selecting "+"
    1. Note: Daily Field Report forms are automatically added to a job when a JSA is created in the field.
