How to use a Photo List on a job

  1. Create a new job in Pathwave using the "Add Job" button on the Jobs page or the Jobs Planning board.
  2. Enter job information.
  3. Select a Primary photo list, a Site Owner photo list (optional), and an Internal photo list (optional). Learn more about different types of photo lists.
    1. A Primary photo list is required. A Primary photo list typically represents the photo list requirements needed for your customer, progress reporting, and/or your closeout package.
    2. A Site Owner photo list and Internal photo list are optional. Select these photo lists or leave them blank based on your photo requirements for the job.
    3. Note: If the job only requires photos for the Site Owner, add the Site Owner's photo and closeout package requirements as a Primary Photo List. See How to Create a Photo List here.
  4. Add/Save the job. The job is now set up successfully with your selected photo lists.
  5. Navigate to the job just added.
  6. Select the "Photos" tab and see that the Photo Lists are added for the job.

Modify Photos for a Job

For photos that are needed in addition to the photos in the template, add Job Specific photos. Job-Specific photos are typically one-off requirements.

For photos that are part of the template and not needed for a job, the photos can be hidden for a job. Exclude photos from a job to satisfy one-off requirements without impacting the photo list template.
