- Identify Required Certifications for each Position
- Track Missing Certifications for each crew member and personnel (in addition to Expired Certifications)
- View the JSA initiated and closed time from the Portal dashboard
Add Positions for crew members and personnel
Positions can be used to track career progression, titles, special roles, and required certifications. Track Positions across your team such as Tower Tech 1, Tower Tech 2, Project Manager, Construction Manager, and more. Learn how to create Positions in the Pathwave Portal and assign Positions to crew members and personnel.
Configuring Positions in the Pathwave portal enables safety teams, management, and owners to identify Missing Certifications for team members to facilitate upcoming training and crew deployment.

Track required and missing crew qualifications and certifications by team member position. To track and report on missing certifications for each team member:
- Create Personnel Positions
- Configure Required Certifications for each position
- Assign positions to personnel
When positions are assigned to personnel, Missing Certifications become visible on each team member's profile and the Missing Certifications Report is populated with team information.
