Troubleshooting – Why the ESDT Icon Is Not Showing
Common reasons the ESDT submission button is missing and how to resolve them.
Overview
If the Send Photos to ESDT button is not visible, one of the required conditions is missing. Use this guide to identify the cause and correct it.
1. A Supported Primary Photo List Is Not Assigned
The job must use one of the following as the Primary Photo List:
Drone Service Providers (AT&T-Managed)

- DSP Civil Captures - In-Building
- DSP Civil Captures - Macro PostCX
- DSP Civil Captures - Macro PreCX
- DSP Civil Captures - Small Cell HUB - Office
- DSP Civil Captures - Small Cell MACRO Hub
Suppliers (AT&T-Managed)

- AT&T T6+Macro Digital Capture-Supplementals-PQA
- AT&T PM501_SMC6 Small Cell_HUB
- AT&T PM501_SMC6 Small Cell_NODE
- AT&T: IB-DAS QCC Checklist
If a different list is used, Send Photos to ESDT will not appear.
2. Required Job Fields Are Missing
- For AT&T-Managed Primary Photo Lists (ASBUILT projects):
- Must include:
- AT&T FA Location Code
- AT&T IWM Job Number
- Must include:
- For DSP PreCX (ASIS projects):
- Must include:
- AT&T FA Location Code
- ESDT Project ID
- Must include:
3. User Does Not Have Permission
- By default:
- Only the Job Owner can submit
- Only Partner Manager and above system roles can submit
- Permissions can be updated by the Pathwave Customer Success Manager.

4. ESDT Is Not Supported for the Photo List
- Some custom or partner-specific photo lists do not support sending photos to ESDT.
- Switching to an AT&T-managed or DSP list resolves this.
- If additional configuration is needed to Send Photos to ESDT while utilizing a custom photo list, reach out to the Pathwave Customer Success Manager.
